Looking back at May 2007

Pauline with Ramses, as we have named him, had a very serious injury to one of his front legs which became badly infected. It was difficult to build up the trust but time and penicillin hidden in cream cheese did the trick.

Pauline with our bowab, Am Said, on the left and friend, Monsour, on the right as our terrace and steps down to the Nile are completed. We thought flowers would be nice but tomato plants already been put in by Am Said.

Now it is much warmer Marcy's favourite place is the kitchen floor but Harry, being a truly Egyptian cat, snuggles up to Marcy to cool down !!!!!

This wonderful view of the old Winter Palace was just one of those perfect moments.

We took Patrick and Sabine to see our friends on the West Bank as we had some presents for Rabat who is still only 9 days old. We were all made so welcome. It was a lovely day.
